What a house cleanout actually covers
A house cleanout is the whole-property version of the sort, organize, and haul method Kyle uses on a single garage or closet, applied room by room until the property is clear.
It fits a house that has stopped being a normal decluttering job. Rooms that have not been fully used in years. Furniture and belongings stacked past the point of a weekend project. Clutter that has built up across the whole property rather than one space.
None of that changes the method. Every room still gets sorted into keep, donate, and haul. What the household is keeping gets organized into zones with labeled storage. What is going gets loaded onto the truck the same visit.
The difference from a single-room job is scale and sequencing, not a different process. Kyle works the house room by room, finishing the sort and the haul for one room before moving to the next, so the property does not end up with several rooms half-touched.

Outside that scope:

- Dumpster rental
- Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, or appliances that still hold refrigerant (federal rules require a certified technician to recover that refrigerant before an appliance can be scrapped)
- A property that has crossed from heavy clutter into a certified hoarding-remediation or biohazard situation; that calls for a specialist instead
