Palm Coast, Florida: roughly a one-hour radius

Stop apologizing for the mess.

I'm not here to judge how it got this way. I'm Kyle: I sort the space with you, set up what stays, and haul off the rest before I leave.

01: What I do

A place for what stays. A truck for what goes.

You make the calls. I do the lifting. Here's how that breaks down, depending on what your space needs:

01

Home & garage organizing

Garages are my signature. I sort with you, group what belongs together, and label storage so tools, seasonal bins, sports gear, and household supplies are easy to find and easy to put back.

I also take on closets, kitchens, single rooms, and whole-home resets. Same idea every time: I like it when people can find the things they're looking for.

Cleanouts

When a home, garage, estate, or rental has to be cleared, I work steadily through the keep, donate, and haul decisions with you, then empty the space of ordinary household contents.

For estate work, I know those objects are tied to a person you loved. I won't rush the sentimental decisions, and I won't treat a family home like a pile of debris.

Junk hauling

If the sorting is already done, just point me at the ordinary household junk that needs to disappear. I load it into my truck and haul it off as a standalone job.

No borrowing a friend's trailer, no weekend spent driving loads back and forth. One pass, and the pile is gone.

Standalone pickup and haul-away

A clear scope, so nobody is surprised. I handle ordinary household contents only. I do not take on biohazard or hoarding-remediation work, crime-scene cleanup, demolition or teardown, dumpster rental, or hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, or appliances still holding refrigerant. Federal rules require refrigerant recovery by a certified technician, and household hazardous waste is regulated at the state and county level, so those items need their own proper disposal route. I also do not do post-storm debris hauling or post-storm demolition: after a hurricane, downed limbs, torn-off roofing, and a house that has to come down are a job for a crew with heavy equipment, and it is one person and one pickup here.

02: The one-visit idea

From too much to finished, in a single stop.

The organizing and the hauling happen in the same visit. There is no second appointment just to remove the piles we made together.

    We sort it together

You make the calls on keep, donate, and haul. I keep the work moving, group like things with like, and handle the bending, lifting, and stacking so the decisions stay the only hard part.

  2. 02

    I set what stays

Everything that earned its place goes into a zone that makes sense, and gets labeled storage, so the room still works six months from now when I am not standing in it.

  3. 03

    I load up and leave

The donation pile and the ordinary junk go into my truck and leave with me that same visit. You are not left staring at bags in the driveway waiting on a hauling appointment.

One person. One visit.One truck.

The person you talk with on the phone is the person who walks through your door and does the work. No crew you have never met. No handoff between an organizer and a separate hauling company. Just me, start to finish.

03: The result

Drag the line. That moment is the whole job.

This is the part I actually work for: the look on someone's face when they walk back in and their mouth just drops, like they can't believe it's the same garage. The floor comes back, every shelf has a purpose, and I get to watch it land.

Before: two-car garage, boxes to the ceiling

After: same garage, labelled shelving, floor visible

04: About

The short version, from me.

I love this work. A room that looked like a tornado hit it, turned into an organized stockroom where everything has a spot. That's the job. And I love the moment I hand it back: somebody walks in, their mouth just drops, and they can't believe it's the same room.

My standard of order came from my dad. To this day I won't walk out of my own bedroom unless the bed's made and the pillows are straight. Small thing, I know. But it's the same habit I bring into your garage: finish it, make the next thing easy to find, leave it better than I found it.

I run Sorted with Kyle by myself. Hand me the keys to your garage, or to a late parent's house, and the person you talked to on the phone is the one who shows up. Those rooms hold more than stuff. I won't rush you through it, and I won't judge how it got this way. We just work out what stays and what goes, together.

I want your garage to look exceptional. I want you happy when I'm done, not just satisfied. That means going above and beyond every time, because slacking off is exactly what would ruin my name.

If it stays, it gets a place. If it goes, it leaves with me.

05: Service area

Based in Palm Coast. Working about an hour out.

These are the towns I usually work in, across Flagler, St. Johns, Volusia, and Putnam counties. Send your address with a consultation request and I will confirm the drive is in range.

St. Augustine St. Augustine Beach Palatka Bunnell Flagler Beach Ormond Beach Daytona Beach Port Orange New Smyrna Beach PALM COAST General area only, not to scale

These are the towns I typically reach within roughly an hour of Palm Coast: up A1A and I-95 to St. Augustine, south through Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach to New Smyrna Beach, and out SR-100 to Palatka. If you are just outside that range, ask anyway: I would rather tell you honestly than have you wonder.

06: Start here

Tell me about the space.

Call or text with what you are looking at, where it is, and what "finished" would mean to you, and I will set up a free consultation and confirm the job fits my scope and service area. There is no charge to talk it through, and no obligation after. One local note: if you are behind a gate, you will need to clear my truck with your gate or guardhouse ahead of the visit, since I cannot get in on my own.

Type in what you're dealing with and this turns it into a script you can read straight off the phone when you call or text.

Frequently asked questions

What does a professional home and garage organizer do?

I sort what a space holds, group what stays into zones, and set up labeled storage so it keeps working after I leave. For me that's garages, closets, kitchens, and whole rooms, plus cleanouts and junk removal, out of Palm Coast, FL.

Do you do the hauling too, or do I need a second company?

No second company needed. I sort the space with you, organize what stays into zones and labeled storage, and load the donate and junk piles onto my truck before I leave. One visit, one truck.

Who actually shows up to do the work?

Me. No crew, no subcontractor. The person you talk to at the consultation is the same person who sorts, organizes, and hauls. I work solo with one truck, so you always know exactly who's in your home.

What happens on a first visit?

It's a walkthrough. I look at the space with you, listen to how you want it to work, and talk through what sorting, organizing, and hauling would look like for that room or garage, so we both see the job clearly before anything starts.

How does the keep, donate, haul sorting work?

Everything in the space gets handled once and lands in one of three piles: keep, donate, or haul. Keep goes back into the room in zones with labeled bins. Donate and haul go on the truck. Sorting first is what makes the organizing stick; storage built around unsorted clutter just fills back up.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Arriving to the real mess is the job. If you want a head start, think about how you want the space to work: what you reach for often, what it needs to hold, and anything you already know you're ready to let go of.

What areas do you serve?

I'm based in Palm Coast, FL and work a roughly one-hour radius around it: Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Ormond Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Palatka, St. Augustine Beach, Port Orange, and New Smyrna Beach. Just outside that? Ask through the contact form and I'll give you a straight answer.

What don't you handle?

Biohazard or hoarding-remediation work, demolition, dumpster rental, or hazardous waste like paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, or appliances still holding refrigerant. Federal rules require refrigerant recovery by a certified technician, and household hazardous waste is regulated at the state and county level, so those need their own proper disposal route. Post-storm debris hauling and post-storm demolition are out too: after a storm that work needs a crew and heavy equipment, and this is one person and one truck. On a short-term rental I'll clear and sort a turnover, but the routine cleaning between guests is a cleaning service's job, not mine.
